Harry is a native of Indianapolis and an Indiana University graduate.  While in college, he majored in business economics and public policy and received his B.S. in 1978.

Originally, Harry intended to become an attorney.  However, he found he was becoming more and more interested in accounting, so he completed the necessary study and received his CPA designation in 1985.  Harry completed the course work and testing necessary to become a Certified Financial Planner in 1993.  He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the International Association of Certified Financial Planners.

Harry began his tenure with DCS in 1983 after working for a Lebanon, Indiana CPA firm.  He became a director at DCS in May 1993.  His professional services include accounting, auditing, personal financial planning and tax preparation.  Many of his clients are closely held, owner-managed businesses.  Harry's clients span many industries, including health care, retail and wholesale suppliers and law firms. 

Harry and his wife, Debra Helper, who is a practicing physician and assistant professor of medicine at the Indiana University Medical School, reside in Indianapolis with their two children.
