Audit Supervisor or Manager - 5+ years experience

Supervisor - CPA with a minimum of 3 years experience as a senior accountant [or equivalent experience] with exhibited technical proficiency and the ability to supervisor complete engagements.

Supervisors are expected to:
 * Plan, supervise, and complete routine engagements
 * Supervise both staff accountants and senior accountants,
    provide feedback to them, and evaluate their progress
 * Become experts in their assigned areas
 * Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm
 * Assist in firm administrative functions as assigned by the directors
 * Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients

Manager - CPA whose client responsibilities are second only to those of directors.  Managers are primarily responsible for client relationships within their area of expertise and for clients assigned to them.  Managers direct the work of staff people who work under them.

Managers are expected to:
 * Direct fieldwork on audit engagements
 * Meet with assigned business clients and large individual tax clients, at least annually, for tax planning
 * Supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff, senior and supervisor accountants
 * Supervise training of staff members
 * Serve as liaison between directors, clients, and staff
 * Evaluate internal control and audit programs prepared by staff
